The Train to Gain Partnership funded by the Skills Funding Agency works with businesses to offer:

A Train to Gain Delivery Partner will work with you to carry out a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on your business to assess what skills your business needs now, and what it might need in the future, based on a clear understanding of your business goals.

The Delivery Partner will make recommendations based on the skills analysis completed in Step 1. The recommendations will help to:
The best ways to fund your training will be explained including all the funding options available to you.
